It's true. I think I know who should make an appearance despite it failing to work in the lore in every way.

I'll just pray to whatever that a player doesn't decide to play as Tesla, 'cause we know how long historical characters tend to last in Deadlands.

And this is how the Weird West claimed both Theodore Roosevelt and Nikola Tesla.

Um, well, interesting things happened tonight in Lady Blackbird... It began with a seemingly simple task: pick up Lady Blackbird from Ilysium, fly to Haven, get navigation codes for the Remnants from a contact in Haven, then fly to the Remnants and deliver Lady Blackbird to Uriah Flint. It ended with emotional abuse of jail guards, massacring imperial soldiers, crash-landing in a duck pond, being arrested by the Haven militia, and putting the Empire and the Free Worlds on the brink of war. Good job everyone :D

I hope you all enjoyed Lady Blackbird; if you guys would like to continue with it, I'd be happy to run it again.

I might run Lady Blackbird again some day as a one day-long RPG with a full party. Next week (Reading Week) it looks like we're going to be playing Scion.

I'm certain the Wargaymers' inability to deal with subtle social situations without resorting to violence will extend Lady Blackbird into the whole day if not longer.

Violence which leads to more subtle social situations which lead to more violence. The cycle continues until the party winds up orchestrating their own deaths. The GM cackles. Champagne for everyone.

It's handy to be continually reminded of the immutable laws of the universe.
