Risk Revamped
« on: October 07, 2011, 12:11:55 am »
Hi everyone;
My friend and I want to introduce a revamped risk game that we created and have played several times. It uses a standard risk board and has the same basic features, but aside from that, it is completely different.
Here are just some of the added features:
-city building and upgrading
-nukes
-city razing
-airstrikes
-option to upgrade civilization from pre-industrial to industrial
-ability to open free trade with another player
-bioweapons

Games typically take 3-8 hours to beat, so we might have to meet up a couple times to finish it. Lemme know if you are interested and at what time/day you would be available to play. We are looking to have four to six people for the first session. Feel free to inquire more about the game.

Heh, you told me about this on your way into the icebreaker!  I'm up for it!  For me, I guess tuesday afternoons are best for me, though I also have a few breaks between classes on mondays and wednesdays.  Where would we do this?

Hi Icarowan, I was thinking that we would do it in the Wargamer's room. If that doesn't work, maybe we could use one of the group study rooms in Koerner library.
