I was in Platinum league when it was the highest league. After the patch that added Diamond league, I had problems with lagging out of games and I couldn't play anymore. I tried anyways, then I got problems with corrupted data or something like that. When the following patch came out, I failed twice to patch properly and gave up.

I'm glad they experimented to improve performance. If they manage to get it stable for everyone, then it will hopefully have been worth it.
