Or make it a circular thing so you'll eventually end up with yourself once everybody else is dead.

X-> Y -> Z -> X
Zzz...

It pretty much have to be circular otherwise, eventually, there will be a dead end where two or more ppl will end up with their own cards

As long as the circle doesn't go in exactly the same order as the sign up sheet, everything will be fine.

Use the following service, entering all of the names into the text box: http://www.random.org/lists/.

Take the resulting list and apply the following, where target(i) is the target of the ith person on the list and n is the number of players:

target(1) = 2, target(2) = 3, . . . , target(n-1) = n, target(n) = 1.

Aw man, why can't I live in Vancouver?!
Oh well, I shall watch from the safety of my island. I request bi-weekly status reports.

Status reports will be far more frequent than that, unless people are terrible spies and never take anyone out.

Why would you give reports the Victorian? She's clearly a spy from the island. She shouldn't get reports.
Remember, the moon is watching.

If you feel so strongly, then ban her from the forums.

Due to the irregularity of my personal schedule, I will not be participating as a spy. However, if you decide that you need someone to act as a neutral party / on-campus liaison, I can help resolve disputes, invent extra rules, direct casualties to the comfort of the fridge, etc. (I totally cite government experience with confidentiality and escalations.)

Well, it might be easier to have you randomize the targets instead of John. I assume you will be there on Monday morning, so we could get things going right away.
